Job Title: Class 1 HGV Driver
Location: Welham Green & Hatfield (AL9/AL10)

24-7 Recruitment Services is recruiting experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers on behalf of two leading clients based in Welham Green and Hatfield. These are excellent opportunities offering long-term, ongoing work, competitive pay rates, modern vehicles, and immediate starts.

You will be responsible for trunking goods from the RDC to client stores across the UK. We have a variety of shift patterns available to suit your lifestyle.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
• Maximum of 3 penalty points (no DD, DR, TT, or IN endorsements)
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum of 1 year’s Class 1 driving experience

Shift Patterns

• AM and PM shifts available
• Start times between 04:00 and 20:00
• Friday to Monday shifts, with additional Tuesday and Thursday shifts available depending on client requirements

Pay Rates (PAYE)

Days

• £20.95 – £21.40 per hour
• Overtime: £28.89 – £31.42 per hour

Nights

• £22.50 – £25.32 per hour
• Overtime: £32.81 – £33.75 per hour
