Monday to Friday rate – £13.36

Saturday rate – £17.13

Sunday rate – £22.83

The role:

24-7 Recruitment are currently looking for HGV Class 2 Drivers for a client we are representing in the Halifax area. Due to an increased demand from the client, we are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers in the Halifax area, on a temporary to permanent basis – The client you will be working for specialise in waste management and recycling. The client has stated that a strong backgrond withiin these areas would be desirable but not essential for the role

Requirements:

• Professional experience driving an HGV Vehicle
• No DD, DR or IN convictions on licence
• Ideally a background in waste management / recycling

Skills:

• Valid driver’s license with appropriate category for operating a HGV Vehicle
• Proven experience as an HGV delivery driver
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
• Ability to navigate using GPS to locate delivery addresses.
