Job Description
- Responsible for supporting the contract manager in all elements of daily site actions & requirements
- Required to support the Contract Manager in the fulfilment of all headcount requirements for your site alongside any/all fulfilment, induction and request demands of the client
- Support of the contract manager in delivering the required colleague welfare standards.
- Work with Regional Recruiters to manage fulfilment and client expectations, using a wide range of methods and local knowledge to maximise recruitment.
- Daily management of your colleagues to ensure the appropriate and correct fulfilment of roles and duties for your site.
- Daily visibility within the working areas of your site including attendance of any work area planned or requested meetings with the client.
- Excellent and timely response to all requests from the client be it written or verbal. All such communication copied to or confirmed via Hub Spot.
- Ensure that contact is made with all client sites where we have no permanent site management presence to ensure client/colleague satisfaction. This also applies to sites where supply may have lapsed or suspended.
- Manage any discrepancies in hours and all other queries on site directly.
- Responsible for absence management and disciplinary code adherence including the completion of return-to-work meetings and absence monitoring
- Manage adherence to both required/legal and site mandated Health & Safety policies.
- Your conduct, presentation and professionalism must reflect the standards required by the company, at all times.
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events and presentations.
- Daily communication between yourself and your line manager is paramount, and all feedback should be recorded via the appropriate media. (I.e. FLEC for colleague data and Hub Spot for Client data and site activity data not covered by FLEC).
- Local competitor knowledge is key and must be maintained to a current and high standard
- Assisting the Contract Manger in the Generation of client leads each week in line with targets set I.e candidate CV, competitor adverts and even references provided by candidates at interview.
- Supporting the Contract Manager in their task to Increase sales revenue year on year by proactively exploring all sales opportunities.
- Reduce potential job board spend, by actively reviewing site application status to identify potential candidates.
- Ensure you and colleagues remain audit compliant at all times and any corrections issued by the UK Compliance and Training Officer are implemented at the earliest possible moment with any actions duly recorded via FLEC and Hub Spot (where applicable).
