Recruitment Co ordinator – Immediate Start in Swindon, SN3 4TT. This role is starting ASAP and this is long term work with a view to get a permanent contract. We are looking for a new Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our team covering one of our major Clients in Swindon. You will be supporting all aspects of day-to-day recruitment for our customers, as well as looking out for the welfare of our candidates. Full training is provided along with regular daily guidance from your colleagues in the team. About you: Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in recruitment would be beneficial but not essential as FULL training is provided. Shift and Pay Information for Recruitment Co Ordinator: £11.00-£12.00 per hour depending on experience Times of work are Sundays 0800-1600 and Tuesday-Thursday 1400-2200 40 hours per week between AM/PM. Flexi to Customer needs – could start as early as 6am Rotate on call mobile for weekend support if needed 12 weeks probation period. Duties of an On-site Recruitment Co Ordinator: Ensure that operational staffing requirements are fulfilled within the site. Cover all aspects of recruitment on-site – posting job adverts, calling potential applicants, registering new candidates, interviewing new candidates, getting them ready for starting their assignment, ensuring you follow all processes, and you are fully compliant. Complete weekly payroll Attend regular meetings with site to understand and plan their recruitment needs. Regular meetings with the client General Manager, 24-7 Manager and / or site senior teams to ensure quality service and clear operational action plans are met.
