We have an exciting opportunity to join our prestigious drinks industry client based in Coleshill, B46 1DA as a Customer Service Advisor. Looking for experienced candidates with demonstrated customer service skills. This role is permanent after 12 successful weeks work. Shift and Pay Information for Customer Service Advisor: Monday to Friday £10.81 per hour Variable start times between 7am (earliest shift) and 09:30am (latest shift) Transport to Coleshill area is limited – please ensure you can travel to B46 before you apply for this role. What you’ll be doing as a Customer Service Advisor in Coleshill, B46 1DA: This role is to manage and handle customer service queries via various channels of communication, of prestigious contracts within the drinks industry. Identifying and implementing long term solutions to customer issues. Responding to inbound calls & emails to ensure the department achieves the target performance. Liaising with key contacts across the network to resolve customer queries. Providing timely updates to customers in a professional and helpful manner. Supporting the network as required to ensure customers are clearly communicated to. Recognise and escalate appropriately to ensure a timely resolution and that customer needs are met.
