We are currently seeking a HR Administrator to join our company. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our employee records and ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR processes The HR Advisor should perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks. You will support Head Office and the Operations function in all HR matters from Wrexham. Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year Experience: Human resources: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: CIPD (preferred) Accountabilities for a HR Advisor Efficiently maintain and update employee records, including new hires, holiday, and sick leave. Collaborate with management to monitor performance reviews and address any ongoing issues promptly. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data for employees Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures by preparing and managing workflows Provide valuable support to Operations with disciplinary and investigation procedures, as well as monitoring long-term sickness cases Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information Coordinate and facilitate HR-related meetings Manage the departments inboxes Prepare reports and presentations to enhance internal communications Support the Business Support function as needed, taking on ad-hoc duties when required Develop and deliver training materials Promote effective communication across the organisation, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
