Contract type: Temporary (ongoing). 37.5 hours a week Pay Rate: £10.77 per hour (21K annual) What you’ll be doing as a Customer Service Agent in Caerphilly: As a Customer Service Agent for Ecolab we will provide you with the tools and experience to be an expert for those closest to us; our associates, and our customers. You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to multitask in order to ensure data is captured whilst building and retaining relationships. Interacting with customers via phone/email. Making sure their order is in place. Handling order requests/complaints. Helping each other if needed but acting as individual contributor. Skills Required: Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one’s time. Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
