HGV Class 1 Driver position can be a mixture of delivering stock or the trunking of trailers, all in a safe and timely manner. If delivering, then you will be delivering to a maximum of 3 stores per shift. You will be delivering a mixture of pallets, totes or cages to large department stores. The stock can vary from everyday household items to clothing to furniture. If trunking, this is the swapping or live load/unload of trailers around the UK.
