Understand the local labour market and industry sector, communicating any worthwhile information to the client, candidate & internal Business Development team. Maintaining our outstanding business reputation in all communications, through the delivery of a quality consultative service Sales: Develop prosperous business relationships with new and existing clients, to gain additional business development and a profitable desk. Negotiation of commercials. Develop a network of key decision makers who are responsible for hiring within your chosen companies. Collaborate as a team player within the Recruitment team to achieve common goals. Internal: Achieve agreed individual targets and KPIs and reporting on these to management through weekly meetings and monthly 1-2-1’s Manage attrition, retention, and fulfilment metrics. Answer the on-call phone call one weekend per month and assist our clients. Identify other sales opportunities with the client by cross-selling / promoting the services. Candidate attraction: Utilising jobs boards, writing compelling and innovative job adverts to attract top Caliber candidates. Utilising head-hunting methodologies to seek out niche talent whilst using our in-house tech to source candidates.
