The Warehouse Operative is part of the Logistics team, which has responsibility for all inbound, pick, pack, distribution and in factory logistics activities in Hamble and Segensworth facilities. As directed by the Logistics Supervisor, the Warehouse Operator will ensure that goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately and on time and to stated processes ensuring quality service delivery Working for a fast-paced and growing company you will be expected to: To receive and process inbound goods. To assist the sites as required with material movement throughout the facilities. Support the control and processing of stock. Including put away, picking kits and selection of parts for despatch. Facilitating the despatch of goods to internal or external customers Always maintaining quality control standards whilst actively seeking improvements.
